@@Tomyum19 not really, there’s a difference. Within would mean barriers between Ottawa and Toronto. Between would be Toronto and Montreal.

I've never understood why its so difficult to trade interprovincially, its ridiculous, it should have been fixed that ages ago, I mean it would help the economy domestically too so it should be easier to trade with all the provinces! I mean i want good east coast seafood ffs!

Economic warfare always leads to lack of trading with other countries. Once we stop trading with one another the true blood begins to shed in the form of tanks and jets. Rest assured financial warfare always comes before the tanks.
