I don't see how it's a sin to feel safe. A Christian woman should have no desire to be emotionally safe with her husband or expect him to make her feel safe by obey scripture in Ephesians 5 and loving his wife like Christ loved the church? So women and kids trafficked shouldn't want to feel safe? A woman or child who gets raped should be ok with it? A woman who is threatened to be killed and her children are threatened too is sinning if she seeks safety? Babies aborted in the United States and Christians advocating for them but they are sinning to seek safety for those babies?
