Just FYI, I used to work in a motel in Colorado and we had those heaters for extra heat for the rooms if needed. Be careful with them because they can catch on fire or cause smoke. I love watching you go after the deals. That's the best way to save money. I love flea markets and garage sales. 😁

Looks like everything is coming together. Take it from me, you want the glass light covers to face down. Otherwise you’ll have take them off regularly to dust inside them. PIA. Consider putting a piece of wood between the rafters in the kitchen and attack hooks to the bottom to make a pot rack. It will give you more cabinet space.

Hello guys. Sorry for being so late. Been trying to keep my eye on the storm I am praying for everyone in Florida and in the. path of this hurricane. I am so worried about George. Jeremy is heartbroken. But you guys got some awesome deals. Those haters I used to hate up my whole house. with three of them. And I am thinking about getting some new ones. to use for my apartment. I figure it may be cheaper than the Central heat and air. And for the bathroom light, I love that light fixture. I would hang it upside down. By the way, you just have to reach up to unscrew the bub. and replace it. If you have it facing upwards, then. it would be more difficult. I am so thankful that you guys are not in Florida. and you're safe. I am seriously praying for everyone.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 God bless you both.

Your house is coming along nicely. Lots of great deals, and it looks very comfortable. We have 2 of the oil filled radiant heaters - one in my husbands study and the other in the living room, during the winter. They keep it very comfortable. We also heat with a furnace. We have crawl spaces under parts of our house, with no insulation so they really help.

Hi guys! I saw a show once about a cabin being renovated and they put up wall paper in the bathroom. It was off white with a cabin, some wildlife and trees. It was funny because among the wildlife and the trees there was a flying saucer beaming up a person. I know its not for everyone but I found it funny being that their cabin was on a hill surrounded by trees. Your home is coming together nicely. Thanks for the video!😀✌

The cord showing would bug me. I would want to cover the white cord or change the colour to match the wood. Its a really good idea to get light where there is not much through.

Those oil owen take so much kw. They give a little . I recommend a Mitsubhishi Kirgamine Hara 6.6 . This give lots 0f heat for much less money then oil owen,. I live in Norway were we have cold weather.

I have one of those heaters. My bedroom is quite large and I have a separate office/sitting area combined and if I close my bedroom and bathroom doors, I can heat the entire area and keep it warm. I wish it was the opposite. My living, dining, kitchen, breakfast is more or less a great room with two short walls dividing the kitchen off. I've tried heating my breakfast area, which is where I spend most of my at home time but with my cathedral ceilings it's impossible. Plus there are no doors to close off the kitchen area alone. Sigh, I prefer sleeping cold and I detest layering up to work at my laptop or watching tv or cooking. Yet, it's a good way to turn the heat down/off at night and single heat the bedroom and I def run it in the master bathroom/walk in closet when we dip into the 20's/teens here north of Atl in my master which is on an outside wall. Good finds

And yo those that say he has to get a electrician to put in the lights to be legal . No he doesn't in Tennessee as the home owner he can completely rewire the whole building if he wishes . He can completely remodel the place if he knows how he can even put in the HVAC system he just can not put in the coolant. And if you are wondering why the sales tax is so high that is because the state has no state income tax so they get it out the sales tax
