If people insist on dropping off their unwanted dogs to Takis, at the least they could be regular donations or provide all the dogs sustaince. They run Takis ragged..so he should close his gates and have cameras...because like he said...they'll keep coming, they don't care about Takis stress.

Awww....poor baby is so confused and looks like he's expecting someone to come for him 😢..... I hope you can figure out something Takis..... maybe for a short time you could put up fencing or something across the middle of the lot to separate them until you can find a place for him....kinda like they do in Beta fish tanks...idk..... it's so not fair for people to be putting you in this situation with all you have on you as it is 😕 I hope you find a solution that will make him and the other fur babies happy, and take stress off from you 💜

Most people are inherently selfish and self-serving. They get on KZbin and act like they're the hero for turning over an animal to Takis. They say ""we already have ONE dog." Well Takis has FIVE HUNDRED. They smile for the camera, and coo at the animal and act like they can't part from it. It's always give it to Takis, he'll take care of, he won't say no. These people make me ill.

Who knows how long he was running around. Poor boy. Not all animals do well in a shelter. My Aunt took in animals that were hurt, etc. They would dump cats and dogs on her front lawn and drive away. They didn’t even have the decency to ask if she could take them, or if they could donate to help with their care .

I'm sorry that your going through this situation & it's not easy. People need get their animal spayed and neuter & stop throwing them out in the still or mistreat animals. it's not an easy job to care for all the precious animals & it cost money to feed them & vet bills as well. Belleza negra Big Boy ,esta muy nervioso y ancioso por salir ,siempre esta e sperando a que habran la puerta para salir corriendo ,creo que nunca se a encontrado en esa situacion ,y lo que quire es volar de ahi ,esta muy agobiado ,no sabe que esta pasando ,ni por que su dueña lo se lo a dado a el Sr. takis ,le costara adaptarse ,es muy lindo y hermoso y esta cuidado ,se nota que no a sido abandonado ,la mujer que se lo llevo a el Sr. Takis ,si dice que se lo encontro miente ,ella es la dueña ,si no ella no hubiera podido con el perro ,y el perro no se comportaria con ella como lo hizo ,con las miradas que le hechaba de amor ,que mala mujer . Ahora se abandonan muchos animales ,por que se van de vacaciones y no se lo quieren llevar ,pobrecitos ,angelitos ,que lastimas mas grande meda ,que la gente no tengan cerebro ,y sigan abandonando animales . Espero que el belleza negra Big Boy que una familia amorosa lo vea se enamore de el y lo adopte y le de todo el amor y felicidad que el necesita y que sea para toda su vida ,el se lo merece . Belleza negra Big Boy no es agresivo ,es joven y no en tiende lo que le esta pasando ,y Sr. Takis ya no lo traslade mas ahi hay mas perrogos y perritas y se acostubrara si Roki no lo busca ,Big Boy sociabilizara ,en el otra area solo ahi dos perrita yun perroto ,y le tenian miedo ,por su tamaño y la inquietud que tiene nada mas 😢🐕‍🦺🤍

Well, you warned us and it WAS frightening for a minute when l thought a fight was starting. But Taki, it isn't the one dog that can destroy your work, it is the many humans who are able to lie to your face, blackmail you emotionally who don't give a crap how their dog feels and not one iota of care or understanding as to how draining your life really is. Physically with the labour and emotionally, my god, how that will affect your mental health, constantly seeing front line how cruel people really are to helpless dogs, or cats. It's a toll l can't even add up. And yet if you don't take a dog in, the guilt & worry over what happens to them if you say no haunts you even in your sleep. I had people do it to me in my past and the guilt because I couldn't take that Animal has never left me, even decades later.😢 🐾🌈☮️🇨🇦 P.S. Takis you are-right, people lie and say anything to get rid of animals. I’m a volunteer at my local shelters and they lie here to. They say they found a stray or even crazier, they leave the gate open so the dog can run away. Shame! Thank you Takis for loving these poor animals.

EXACTLY !!! Thank Y-O-U for volunteering at your local shelter, I do, toooooo !!! I foster OVER WEIGHT SENIORS that are DUMPED at my local shelter, they cannot WALK, they are GRUMPY, and that is the REASON the MONSTERS that have had the dog from puppy most of the time, DUMP them and the dogs are so shut down and I change their life and now ALWAYS will save these truly SASSY SILLY STRONG SENIORS under all the toxic fat PUSHED on them by their "owners" and give them their HEALTH back for 6 to 9 mos until they are HEALTHY and then I take all the time it needs to find their FOREVER Home and stay in touch until they pass over HAPPY and LOVED !!! When I was younger, I rescued animals off the streets in Idaho USA and this is ONLY one or two dogs a month and the people that owned them did NOT want them BACK !!! So I started a small rescue of dogs that I found and if no one had a "Lost My Dog" post, I'd train them to have manners in a house and potty train and find them FOREVER homes...that said, I repeat, this was ONE or TWO dogs a month and I had my own 4 FOREVER doggies and 9 FOREVER cats so that was my limit....Takis must keep that SMILE on and walk forward when he DRAWS a LIMIT with a person DUMPING a dog on him not for the dog, but for THEMSELVES not to have to DIG DEEPER and save ONE DOG for geez sakes !!! Takis is doing what others won't do. YET, all THREE of US, you, me, and Takis are part of the SOLUTION not a part of the hideous problem !!!

Great day for you! It's really difficult to put a new animal together with the others, I've helped animals for years and I know how it is, fights and even death from fights occur if we neglect for a minute!!! He has a lot of energy and is very happy, but he can hurt other smaller dogs even when playing, he's a big baby 😍, but as always you're the one to solve it ✨️ God bless Takis a lot❤

Even though it is a beautiful shelter, the dogs still know they're locked up. They still don't have their freedom, but it's better than what they had. If possible, it would great if you had enough volunteers to walk all the dogs outside the shelter.

yep Takis showing us all the reality of life in the shelter. im glad he did. working with dogs takes alot of time and responsibility. you dont just adopt one and think that's enough. you dont just throw one into a shelter and think youve done your part.
