- 250g(8.81oz) boiled octopus
- 100g(3.52oz) tenkasu
- 50g(1.76oz) green onion
- red pickled ginger
- oil
- Otafuku's Takoyaki Sauce
- aonori(green laver)
- katsuobushi(dried bonito flakes)
[takoyaki batter]
- 840cc(29.63oz) cold water
- 200g(7.05oz) flour
*protein content of 8.5% or less
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp(9g, 0.31oz) granulated dashi
- 1 tsp(6g, 0.21oz) soy sauce
- 2g(0.07oz) salt
*Not required when using dashi containing salt such as "Hondashi"
