Super recipe aanu.. fried onions undakkunnathe ollu time consuming process, athu kazhinjal adipoli biriyani ready 😌.. for those who are asking about pressure cooking mutton, I have done that. You can cook till 85-90% in cooker and then rest of the cooking can be done in an open vessel while reducing the gravy. Hope this helps someone .. thank you for the recipe!

Hi, I have made a tasty chicken dum biriyani by seeing your video two weeks back. It was my first time ever cooking and it really turned out super. Thank you for that. In this video, I find some differences from the chicken dum biriyani recipe. 1. You are adding only fried onions and not added raw onions to the masala. 2. you have cooked water-soaked rice here unlike chicken 3. You have used maida for ceiling and not aluminium foil 4. The time for dum is increased to 30 minutes from 10 minutes. Have you made these changes purposefully for mutton biriyani? Or can we follow the same method as chicken? Thank You!
