Fish head & tail is the tastiest parts in fish curry, my small tip & suggestion to all(viewers)is never cut the fish head into half, so that you can't enjoy the actual taste from the fish curry ... And always prefer the best Chilli powder (Kashmiri) curry colour will be rocking, as usual my best & favourite family ...lovely
