Talanta Sports Stadium construction progress. Be ready in Dec 2025 for AFCON 2027.

Sports Cabinet Secretary Salim Mvurya satisfied with the ongoing works at the multi-billion shillings Talanta Stadium in Nairobi.
In an inspection tour, Mvurya assured the 60,000-seater facility would be completed by December this year as planned, in readiness for the 2027 AFCON that will be co-hosted by Kenya Uganda and Tanzania.
The stadium, which is tailor-made for hosting football and rugby matches, has made significant strides since its ground breaking 10 months ago.

In your next vlog please Focus on Innovation & Uniqueness: E.g are there any patented technologies or designs being incorporated into the stadium's construction or features? This is the core question. Look for answers related to: Structural elements: New materials, unique support systems, retractable roofs, etc. Sustainability features: Solar panels, water recycling systems, energy-efficient lighting, etc. Fan experience: Interactive displays, augmented reality features, innovative seating arrangements, etc. Field technology: Advanced turf management, drainage systems, VAR etc. Are they using any AI technology being that this is a modern stadium being constructed where Ai is the new technology. Dec 2025 cannot be ready unless it is not what we saw in the master plan, Everton is building a worldclass stadium day and night in shifts and has taken now the fourth year 97% complete but still not yet ready for use since alot of quality and safety checks being done.
