They were singled out ,,somehow thru their Ballet Academy in Grand Rapids Michigan. Wife,,after they knocked on our door. Made their "Pitch"? Including we'd have to pay for a Professional Photo shoot, etc. By them? She said,,,"You may leave our home now!". In West Michigan,,our daughters still did plenty of modeling,, in lots of MEIJERS (The Midwest Large Grocery chain.) ads in fact. Commercials to print for years. Merely by being participants in the local Arts community. Never once asked for upfront fees, pics. Barbizon n other "Modeling Agencies", Recording Companies are all Griffters ,Scams.

Man I haven’t heard of Barbazon since the early 80’s when most states on the west coast at least, were shut down as being a scam. You pay them to get your kids modeling and or acting lessons and head shots for their profolio. They say they will help you become a model but no one had ever heard of anyone getting a job because of them. Yet parents have to pay and pay for the lessons and new head shots. I think it lasted 3 years on the west coast. Before the states shut them down and the moved away to other states.
