They probably double tap each bolt to 3/8 air gun 2 seconds. I put an sv650 together book says 30ft lbs. So this little motor is 20 ft lbs

The pressured air tools have a set torque for that single task so no need for manual torquing
@donniev818111 ай бұрын
@@NinoJoel everything is checked with hand tools in a quality ran environment. Go to a Japanese ran factory, the air tools are set to below the specified torque, then it must be torqued with an actual torque wrench.

@@donniev8181 it is unnecessary with properly maintained and adjusted tools thought. If you look at large factors producing cars they don't double torque there either

Lots of viewers commenting on the lack of torque wrenches and I agree that outsourcing to developing countries is what helped get us to the painful point that were are at now in The economy but I happen to know that their impact wrenches are set to torque specs so they dont gave to torque their bolts further. Also, lots of people commenting that there were no gaskets so I started to look for them and saw them in all the major components - have to look closely as the are same color as the aluminum except for one that I saw which was a line of silicone around the joining surface
