I can't stop spending my money, as soon as money is in my account I gamble it away. Trauma in the past keeps me wanting to get away. Lucky I was able to pay my phone bill. I tell myself to stop, but my body keeps going, upping my bids.

Do your best to put blocks in place to create some breathing space before you make a decision to gamble. It will get easier ❤
