Part 1 is blocked by the WWE because of Copy Right issues. Now that Vince is out maybe you could get in contact with TKO or HHH and talk to them about dropping the block.

Imagine what it would be like if we could still have the days like this, and wrestling like this and the 90s
8 ай бұрын
Hey at least we got all of this content these days. As a kid in the Detroit area, I got WWF, NWA/JCP, UWF (my personal favorite), every so often I caught Continental/Southeastern, WWA Bruiser Bedlam, of course World Class and AWA, and even Savoldi's ICW. With all of that, I never saw Florida, GCW was gone by then, Portland, Hawaii, and the rest. It's crazy how much we have access to these days.

It's amazing how technology has slowed down our brain growth. Back then you could run away and had the skills to survive as an adult at the age of 11, but now a days it takes until 26 years old before you could manage that, lol.

So true, Vince signing stars seat filler getting a monopolized hold giving him an unfair leverage on wrestlers but complaining about WCW similar practice later. WCW rating made WWF working harder to give better show and new stars like Stone Cold and others, good scripts...Being Kicked in the ass is better than sitting on it.

12:17> That's not Walt Harris, but Hank Renner who came after Harris. Ray Stevens, my all time favorite. At his best as a heel and nobody could outdo him on the mic.He was on the first card I attended. Vs Bearcat Wright. LOVED Shire's annual Battle Royals.Whenever a new heel came to the promotion, the standard routine was to rip the local ladies. As in: I now know why it's called the Cow Palace--then they'd derogate the females they'd seen in attendance. 19:06> Walt Harris , left, w/Kenji Shibuya. First time I saw wrestling on KTVU, I was eight yrs old and thought it was real. . 19:31>That's Pepper GOMEZ, not Martin. No mention of the Valiant Bros., Ernie Ladd, The Great Pampero, Paul DeMarco or Lars Anderson who also came through. Pat Patterson and Stevens were great as a tag team.

Hank Renner was a great straight man, and Roy was an excellent promoter. Had a great 20 year run in the 60 and 70s. Many of their TV preliminaries could pass as main events in the current WWE universe. Put most of the rest of the promotions to shame, especially the WWF.

The territories were a mafia like system of control and carny bullshit, they died because they couldn't compete and it's for the best. Only one company per territory limited wrestling growth! Look into local wrestling in your area and you'll find it's doing just fine, there are 2 indies in my area that I go to regularly. wrestling is fine.

At one time Wrestling was the biggest draw in the nation . Wrestlers were seen as premier athletes .
