Jim might’ve felt the same. It’s either in Jim Henson The Works or the Brian Jay Jones Biography, but somewhere it’s said that Tammy was his favorite Muppet before anything like Sesame Street or The Muppet Show happened.

Jim Henson performed Kermit the Frog (who was casted as a minstrel), King Goshposh, Charlie the Ogre, and the voice of Grunch. Jerry Juhl performed Taminella Grinderfall. I can't say about who performed Princess Gwendolinda, the Prime Minister, or the Palace Guard.

The term "Scooby Doo" was actually popularized at the time by the Frank Sinatra song "strangers in the night" as nonsense scat Frank came up with. Scooby Doos name also comes from the song.
