@rpggame16 It's a hidden attack voice that was in the 360 but never rendered into the game. there are a few attacks that were done like this. like the sword rain sigma for judith they had her english va say it as an attack but it was never rendered

@REXanadu IIRC it was an unused peice of audio in the 360 data and has been synced to that particular MA a few times on multiple vids ( although last I checked people were questioning why the japanese chant for it didnt totally match up with the english chant)

@penguin dude rather unfortunate that that's what they decided to name it. I understand not doing Brilliant Phoenix, because they already had Brilliant with Alexei's MA, but I think they should've combined the two. Heavenly Phoenix would've been an awesome name.
