IIRC you have to examine all 78 monoliths and beat Mayvin.

which req do I need for the "Yeah, But Who Started It?" skit? My Mikleo's treasure detection is lvl 14 and yet not triggering :( good video tho

I believe that you just need to rest at an inn after Mikleo's treasure detection is over level 12.
