First day in Oaxaca, Mexico means we are going to the origin. There's no better place in Mexico to get acquainted with local ingredients. That's why I'm here in the first place. Oaxaca has a beautiful mix of indigenous ingredients, served up through a uniquely Mexican lens. We will check out mole sauce, untempered chocolate, quesilla (Oaxacan cheese) and chapulines (fried grasshoppers).

Dude. You need to go to Michoacán and try the food there. (Corundas, uchepos, morisqueta, enchiladas placeras, aporreadillo, gazpacho, carnitas, and the pasta ice cream from Pátzcuaro).

La unica y original cocina mexicana se encuentra en mexico en cada casa de mi amado pais. Recuerden que el lugar de origen del chocolate es mexico el chocolate tradicional es con agua porque asi lo preparaban los ancestros antes de la llegada de los invasores españoles en esos tiempos no existian la vacas o leche asi que se preparaba con agua
