Just a note on "Hindu" culture: The current land of Pakistan (from Sindh in south to Chitral in the north) - this entire region has been a cultural melting pot from 3500 B.C. All these cultures, from Indus valley civilization to Vedic culture to Hindu shahi kingdom, all were based in and around Indus river and their tributaries. If you read Vedas and Upanishada carefully, there are several geographical references to land in and around Indus river/Punjab/Sindh. We may follow different religions, the underlying culture is still similar. That is our common denominator.

Sure, keep licking his a**, he's literally compensating for his lack of identity for a made up historical narrative. A few corrections: older civilizational marks have been found in other parts of present say Bharat, in Gujrat, Uttarpradesh, Bengal etc. Indus was not a different civilization as this guy is claiming and not all Pakistani Punjabis are jatt or rajput, by far. Many of these ppl are inbred. My suggestion for Pakistanis is that learning the history of the land you live on doesn't mean you distort the history by disconnecttingnit from the custodians of that culture, civilization, religion and history. Visit South India where you'll see what India North India might have looked if the temples, the structure, learning centers and what not wasn't destroyed by your akkas from Arabia, Turkey etc. SHAME.

I am from gen-z and its true that we’re facing an identity crises but English speaking gen-z, influenced by the west or korea is a very small proportion of elite and upper middle-class. Mostly, there is a lot religious extremism and intolerance due to indoctrination in homes and schools and serious lack of criticism thinking which I believe is root of all problems. Adeel bhai, u are 100 % right in saying that real India remained in Pakistan. The Indian Religion ( the foreigners named it Hindu religion/ culture although this "Hindu" word is totally absent from the Hindus old books ) and culture. developed mostly in that land which is now in Pakistan. Every inch of the Pakistan is full of old Heritages. Multan, (originally its name was MoolSthan meaning the original place.Mool means root and sthan means place) . Then there was a great city of Purushpur now known as Peshawar. Pakistan foolishly made itself poorer by not maintaining/ advertising its ancient historical and cultural sites and history merely because treating them of Hindus. Most of our Vedas were written on the banks of river Sarswati , it is the birth place of the Padini, the Sanskrit grammatarian which is even western scholars admit that his Sanskrit grammar book Ashtadhyayi (book of Eight Chapters) is unique and product of the most brilliant mind. There there is ruins of Harappa, Mohenzodaro, the ruins of the greatest university of the world Taxilla etc etc. Pakistanis did not realise that it could have earned trillions by tourism. 125 billion people of India were the potential tourists. I really hanker to see these places. I eagerly wait and watch travel blogs on Pakistan. You are not correct to estimate that 62% Pakistanis are natives infact more than 92% Pakistanis ancestors were Hindus. Yours is the only Quom who deny and denigrate their Ancestors, hide them and feel ashamedof their origin. Turks , Afgans, Persian invaders persecuted, looted, and killed the ancestors of the people calling themselves as Pakistanis. They got converted by sword. Ahmedshah Abdali totally destroyed Lahore and other parts of the Pakistan. Shockingly, Gazanavi, Gori, Abdali, Taimur, and Nadir have become your idols and Heroes. Strangely enough Taimur and Nadir looted and destroyed the Mughals. Even they carried away hundreds of Mughal princess and distributed among the soldiers. You people have made Mohammed bin Kasim as your Hero and First Pakistani. My God what kind of a people you have become. You people are suffering with Stockholm Syndromes. How u people failed to note the ultimate Fate of Kasim. He died by suffocation while wrapped in Hides of freshly killed Buffalo. What a terrible death. I think that Buffalo Hides have now wrapped the consciousness and soul of whole Pakistan. It was your choice. This made Pakistanis a rootless Quoum resulting in strife and unrest. Monotheistic religion breeds contempt for others and then seeped into unconscious mind of people who start hating each other if others are not available. This results in dictatorship, cruelties and Intolerance. Islam is the religion of Swords and blood that is the reason why Muslims fear only Swords and can be controlledby arms only. Secularism and democracy is anathema to Islam. The greatest evils of Pakistan are Islam, Mullas and Army. How to rid of them? Please return to the roots and the religion of your Ancestors. That is the only way out of chaos. I am not a Tabligi try to convert but I am a hardcore Secularist. Did u ever thought why Indonesia prospered and remain peaceful even having Islam as religion. Only because the didn't sacrifice the culture of their ancestors who were Hindus. U will find Lord Ganesh and Laxmi on their Bank Notes. They celebrate almost all the Hindu festivals and play Ramayana not that bloody fictitious Ertagul which a play boy. Imbecile like Imran promoted as symbol Islamic hero. What a Joker he is !!! This debate is truly a bonanza....simply Splendid....no words to praise ...at least there are some Pakistanis still possess the love for land..not only Islam. This is fact that Maharaja Ranjit Singh asked his Prime Minister Faqir Aziz-ud-din's brother foreign minister Syed Nur-ud-din to prepare a Qaeda ( booklet) titled Noor and he distributed 5000 copies of Quaida so that people can learn Gurmukhi, Shahmukhi ,Urdu,Persian and Sanskrit. When Britishers captured the Punjab ( Sikh Raj) ,the very first action they took,they confisticated all the Qaedas ( booklets) and offered Rs 2/- per Qaeda for depositing it with the administration whereas Rs 1/- per Gun was given to deposit guns. This is how Britishers alienated us from our roots. Our recorded civilization is 5000 years old, unrecorded goes up to may be 10000 years old. Maharaja Ranjit Singh was a true hero of Punjab....a secular in it's true spirit. He treated all the religions in equal manner.....he was used to say -"perhaps this is the reason that Waheguru gave him ONE eye. Remember, he was blind from one eye.
