It is sad what the soldiers were put through. And the values of the Taliban on women etc. However the war was not justified as it was collective punishment for the whole country waged at the expense of the British people . We became unpopular with the Afghanistan invasion all because of a cowboy in the white house George Bush going for an Arabian hill billy bin laden and Tony Blair the poodle that dragged us along. It is a sad state of affairs but the war was illegal. Why have these individuals not been kicked out.
