If the aim is to deal with international issues and not consider your sovereign issue into the situation, then all of the 5 permanent members with veto rights have failed. They always vote according to their interest so no need to put a burden on Africa.

In a nutshell Africs shud leave UN coz is pointless to be for a photo shoot andca bluff to them Africans. Its long over due for Africa to hve a permanent seat in the UN or else leave if it doesn't materialise and stop begging

2 permanent seats with veto ... it is funny many gather to share the meat when only few have hunted... south Africa is still under colonization we cannot allow them to represent Africa in UNSC

@@TheTeddykimani that's why the seat shouldn't be given to any country but rather given to the continent, otherwise they'll just give it to their allies in Africa, which will just be an extension of their influence

One thing I know is that if you can be manipulated, threatened and coerced by the representatives of powerful states, in which... 1. Your bank accounts and assets are domiciled. 2. Your children and your relatives children are at prestigious universities. 3. Your spouse loves boutique shopping and holidays. 4. etc... ... occupying a therefore "symbolic seat" from which you can STILL be "bribed and threatened", just adds to the international humiliation of the people you claim to represent, IMO.

They shouldn't have the seat for any African country. It should be a country representing the continent that's rotated. It shouldn't be an advocacy for a country to benefit & use for the exclusion of the other countries
