Jacob Frank was a Jewish messianic claimant in 18th Century Poland. Famous and influential in his time, he's mostly remembered today as a cult leader, a madman, and a swindler, and maybe he was all these things BUT that doesn't mean his thought, his religious ideas, and his life are not fascinating and worthy of study. In fact, some of his doctrines ring with echoes of Gnosticism, and his connections to the western esoteric tradition are startling. i think he may have gotten the idea of magical attire from Genesis in the account of Joseph in Egypt where he gives Benjamin more changes of clothing than his brothers. I am not positive if that is where he came up with this idea from but i suspect that is where... also because benjamin means son of my right hand and i think in Ukraine there may be a river with a similar name and also when rachel first named her son ben-oni, son of sorrow but the root of oni i think means wickedness so i could be wrong but i think that frank guy may have somehow linked Benjamin to his own identity.

Esau was renamed Edom and Edom means red, crimson, which is traditionally associated with Rome. The Roman Empire survived in its headquarters called VATICAN. Jacob was renamed Israel, and his descendants inherited Jewish headquarters: ISRAEL. Both Vatican and Israel are states. Do you understand the brotherhood and enmity parallel?
