Impressive, enlightening and eye opening talk, As Rajiv Malhotra mentioned about the Sanskrit Language and the west's engagement in defaming the thousand years civilisation in the continent , is there people in India and many parts of world know about the birthplace of Panini- father of the Sanskrit Grammar?, Taking this opportunity to reveal that PANINI's Birth place is in Nepal at present located in the Sitganga Municipality. Similarly, there are several Hindu personality related event sites which need to be researched spatially and bring a logical maps addressing the personality traveled route e.g Pandav during their Guptabas time ( number of sites in Nepal), Shrawan kumar killed site by Dasharath, located in Syangja District. I think there should be a joint committee between Indian and Nepalese Scholars to work on it. This will greatly enhance the friendship tie between Nepal and India.

The analogy of the goat & tiger is very thought provoking. The horned goats ar least can together fight off the predator but they all run away to save their individual lives & the weakest & slowest get 'digested': hence the need to awaken, arise and assert our identity : Asmita. Rajiv ji has come up with THE solution! There has not, imho, been any response to the force Lord Macaulay set in motion with his 'A Minute On Education' parliamentary paper which discarded the teaching of Sanskrit literature from the Indian education syllabus, and which aimed to and successfully did, produce 'a class of Indians' who 'think [and buy] only English'. What Rajiv ji has done practically is to rename their past 200 years of bogus-authority literature on India and Hinduism as VIDESHI INDOLOGY [FOREIGNER'S INDOLOGY] and he has created a new faculty called SWADESHI INDOLOGY. His Infinity Foundation is employing and training up the new Indian-oriented professors for this faculty and they have already produced at least 20 academic books which present SWADESHI INDOLOGY. Kudos to him. So gradually, through such deputed scholars each issue, such as 'Sanskrit digestion' can be properly dealt with academically eventually - if we all come behind Rajiv ji's efforts in terms of $$$ and brainpower+manpower. Infinity Foundation's work must grow to its max while Shri Rajiv Ji is still here with us - a true living legend. Let us all pray for his good health, protection and long life. hare Krishna! Speaking from 'the west' and what's more, as one 'trained' in Christian thought and mission etc., I would simply say, Yes, It's true. Western Christianity and Western science flattens the spirit out of culture, even its own culture. I am very interested in cultures, traditions and religions, but not from a position that assumes itself to be above them all as scientism does. Though I believe in the unity of existence, I do not believe we can afford to assume that we can build a mental or language based synthesis via some kind of dialogue ... that is far too dangerous for each of us. That would result in the complete loss of all that is uniquely and respectively valuable to each of us. What you are is too valuable to me... not as me. There is no doubt that the materialistic quasi-Christian west would devour and digest others, ... for that is exactly what happens. The worst of it is that most do 'us' that out of sincerity in blindness. We (they) think their metaphors are 'It" and yours are shadows. We are all shadowing the Light. In every field we devour and digest. From my tradition, a summary text is worthy of mention: "You cannot serve God and Mammon" --- cannot ---. Mammon is perfectly suited to the assumptions of western science, western economics, western development and also western religion have been reduced to mere material being, even though our own insights indicate that this is nonsense. Christianity itself was devoured and digested in exactly the same way and it is now, or perhaps was exploited as the teeth of that great devourer. Now, however, the remnants of a better form of Christianity, the teeth themselves, have been digested and have passed through the guts of that beast to the anus. Christianity itself is in such a condition, no less than secularised India. The west is so Mammon-ised that it does not know it has been turned to dung! No synthesis should be attempted, but respectful listening is essential; but what is there to listen to if you become us in that gross sense. We cannot become one... we are one. To try to become one must indicate a moving away from our essential oneness in Indra's net or, in The Spirit. Forcing our various expressions of being into one polity, one ethic, one expression, one language... is the destruction of what we have to give to each other. Yes... watch out for the flattening of us all through digitology ... But you cannot avoid being swallowed up if you attach yourself to the same cravings that make up the beast - materialism as your definition of absolute reality, meaning and satisfaction. It is not. Look at the evidence. Unity achieved at the loss of sovereignty and sacred spiritual function is not unity, it is death and impoverishment. This is not to justify abuses and excesses, but it is to speak in favour of the necessity and beauty of diversity in expression of the ineffable from which we all derive, upon which we all depend and for whom we all seek to give expression.

Our great sages and Hindu warriors had confronted against islamic invasion like very few did in world.problem was lack of United efforts. Adi Shankar confronted against evils of derogated Buddhism (that was great in lord budhha' time but gone sick after him). Swami vidyaranya confronted,Madhusudan saraswati ji confronted,samarth ramdas fought.swami dayananda and vivekanand fought and valiantly fought swami shradhanand ji.
