Do you make clients Vapi account and use your card on file? or they pay for the usage and create their own accounts?

Hi Brendan. Have tried implementing this for my own website. There seems to be something. When I click on the mic to begin the call something pops up at the bottom of the chat. It's reddish in color. After it disappears the call starts but when someone talks to it there's no response from the bot. Could it be a transcriber issue? Would appreciate your thoughts on this
