Sounds like their version of the disease has a somewhat later onset, which is something to be grateful for I think. Also the dad seems really grounded and empathic. I don’t know my dad or fathers side of my family at all - I have found myself going down this KZbin rabbit hole of learning about HD and worry I may very well carry the gene.
