Hi my friend, I'm not Kevin but if you allow me; # If you say: "I eat bread AND butter". You're saying that you like both things, "bread AND butter" separated. AND. # If you say: "I eat bread WITH butter". You're saying that you like both things when they're mixed, I mean, when you put butter between the two slices of bread.
