Dr. Candida Moss. Excuse me for my English, the translation must have a bit of errors. It is a real pleasure for me to listen to her and see her at this conference, I am an admirer of her for a long time, I have seen her give comments on the cultural channels of "History Channel" here in Bogotá (Colombia). In this channel they have passed and continue to give documantales "The secrets of the Bible", "the hidden church", "Mysteries of the church" very interesting about all these controversies that have arisen many years ago regarding the Bible, the life of Jesus, the apostles, etc. I read some time ago the book "The other story of Jesus" by "Fida M. Hassnain", very interesting the research done by this theologian or writer; here he raises the fact that it must cause much controversy among the faithful since he explains that Jesus during the corresponding time from 13 years to 30 years traveled to Tibet, received instruction from the lamas and at the same time taught his religious principles and his preaching. Even more controversial is when he explains in a very crude way that Jesus did not die on the cross, but was raised and healed by the Essenes and after being healthy he traveled to India where he continued to preach and died at age 80, according to the author, the tomb is there in India and his name was "Gopadatta". Well Dr. Candida Moss, I have always admired you for being so prepared in the topics you deal with and apart from the above you are a very beautiful woman. Greetings from Colombia.

We can know it didnt happen because its a supernatural religious story. That really is all we need until some serious evidence comes out and there isnt any.

1 Cor 5:7 states "Christ our passover is sacrificed for us". Frequently, Jesus is called the "lamb of God", why? Because it was He who superceded the lamb that was slaughtered on passover. Just as The Israelites were saved through the 'blood of the lamb' So Jesus died, layed down his life ( including his soul Matt 20:28 Isa 53:12) to save mankind from sin. Thus to take BACK the body that died would be to nulify the ransom that Jesus paid on our behalf! Peter tells us "Christ was put to death in the body he was brough to life in the spirit " (1 Peter 3:18 RNEB) All appearance after that while still on earth were in a materialised body, but patently not the same body he had sacrificed since he was not recognised by close disciples! ( Like the 'three men' who appeared to Abreham e.t.c.). He ascended as SPIRIT to sit at the Father's right hand.

The Passover lamb was not sacrificed for the repentance of sin.

@@cshaw9683 Yes it was. Don't spread misinformation. Next you'll lie about the Purim chicken not being a sacrifice to transfer sin

Help me.. is there Written language older than, 6,500...7k years?
@georgebennett96982 жыл бұрын
I believe the oldest written language we have is cuneiform from the Sumerians around 3200 BC. There could be older writing, but we don't have evidence of it.

Did you ever though 'The Secret of a resurrected body' might be with the science of 'cloning' by the Elohim of the bible, an extraterrestrial civilisation ?

There were 3 resurrections in the old testament and 5 in the new testament (not including Jesus) plus the 'many saints' that rose from the dead on the same day that Jesus was resurrected - Matthew 27:52. We can only conclude that coming back to life was relatively common-place in the ancient world - so we ought to stop making such a big deal of it,

@@bibiliyayeraijambo Gee whiz, if he's "alive", why don't you invite him on to your channel for an interview? Don't forget to ask the hard-hitting questions, like does he still keep in touch with his birth father, Panthera?

It's called critical thinking. Not, "causing divisions and putting obstacles in your way that are contrary". The Mediteranean was FULL of Dying-And-Rising-Gods in the late centuries B.C.E. and early centuries C.E.
