Everyone would scream it along, and sing it when we were having drunk aftershift parties. Those days are long gone, but this song never fails to pick me up when I need it.

When I moved to NYC and was buying a gift for my then boyfriend/future husband at a stall at the Christmas market at Union Square in 2001, a uni-aged girl working at the stall commented to the older guy running the stall about a Talking Heads song that came on their music player and she said she knew about them but didn't know their songs. I was still in my late 20s and suddenly felt old!
