Thank yo u for that prayer. I loveeeee family, I literally drop everything and runs whenever something happens to anyone in my family especially my immediate family. The fever has cut, just having the head congestion and cough at the moment with runny nose.

Their are some sachets of cold and flu medication that works really good, it's called lemsip, it's for body aches, head aches ,sore throat, nasal congestion, all kinds of stuff for the flu,i don't know if you get it there, but it works really good, and you could get some histal DM as well,wish you better my friend.

Yeah you have to be really not feeling well, because seeing you in bed, is really not you, you are a person that is always on the go, hopefully you will be back on your feet really soon,and I'm here enjoying your video, even though you are not feeling well.

I try my best to keep up and moving, even when am sick I can't really stay down, but guess I have to get the rest as well. I find when I stay down I stay sick longer. 😀
