I remember that way back from my childhood days when one of the Kydd brothers in Paget Farm was rehearsing for a concert my dad them had organized. Hi just a suggestion, next time you can try season the water a bit not overly, not too much water in the pot, have your kettle prepared with the hot water, add as you stir, after pour in a dish(maybe pyrex) so it can be easily cut ( in squares) for the next day even when you are about to eat, i love it soft how you did it though.❤.
