Cloud gaming is awful. Is relies on solid, solid internet connection. I tried playing Guradian of galaxy on the PS5 streaming it. It looked soo blurry and awful compared to when I just played it off my consoles. Literally definitely the point playing the game as it looked at ps3 game it was that blurry!
