I am glad Ryan said this, "you'd be lucky to be the Bears right now." I watched the game last night (Bears v Seahawks) and I wouldn't bat an eye to trade rosters. Caleb Williams looks like the part, the wide receivers and tight end are talented as is the running back. The offensive line is catastrophic though. The defense from front four to back four and LBs are head-and-shoulders better. If they bring in Pete Carroll or Mike Vrabel, they are in the playoffs year one.

I think the o-line gets a lot of underserved hate, and unfortunately its because Caleb doesnt trust them. I saw him escape from solid pockets multiple times, hold the ball for five seconds, just doing them no favors. And part of it was the terrible playcalling, especially that last drive. Half the time they seem to expect Caleb to make a miracle pass, and he holds it forever. That last drive was unforgivable playcalling. You can't expect an nfl o-line to give you 5 seconds to throw like in college. By most metrics, the bears o-line are middling at best, which isn't ideal, but Caleb just isnt playing like a pocket passer. He scrambles even in good pockets.

I think the Colts who technically still have a chance for the playoffs will pound the rock like they did last week and control the game and win handily. Next week concerns me, with nothing to play for why would Eagles play anyone in the game. They will probably play either their 3rd string and or 4th string QB, Tanner McKee and Ian Book. McKee has never played while Book has playing time with the Saints. Leave it up to the Eagles to screw us again. I think a few of the 5 3 win teams have a good chance of winning a fourth game. Jacksonville plays Tennessee so one of those teams go to a 4th win, Raiders play the Saints then a meaningless game against the Chargers so I think they will get to 4 wins, Pats should win against the Bills in the last week as the Bills rest everyone, Pats almost beat the Bills this week. I think it is going to be a very interesting to watch the draft order unfold in the last two weeks. Any way week 18 means anything to the Eagles in the seeding?
