Ukraine raises defense spending by €10.8 billion | Stefan Korshak

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Kyiv has "fully prepared" its "victory plan" to end the war with Russia and the most important thing now is the determination to implement it. Ukraine's parliament has amended the 2024 budget, raising its defense spending by an additional 10.8 billion euros. Meanwhile, the International Monetary Fund decided to cancel a planned trip to Russia.
