@@angelabrewer8363 Chances are the likes of the 73-year-old and others where there is no evidence of crime - for example evidence of them hurling objects, they will be bound over to keep the peace if they agree not to attend further marches to 12 months. Personally, I demand to see the order of the Section 12 being lawfully imposed, chances are if some-one stood their ground on that, or better still had a lawyer to do that, the Clerk of the Court would quickly advise the Magistrate to drop the case outright. Other-wise without evidence of Affray as I said she'll just be bound over and for a 73-years-old Grandmother she'll be so relieved she will just go away, and Starmer hopes with reductions in Winter Fuel allowance and the hike in energy prices she won't be voting in the next election.

Well ive now seen it with my own eyes. I live near the disturbances that occurred in Birmingham the other day. No police presence WHATSOEVER! Not one. The mob - all asians, walked over a mile to Yardley from Bordesley Green. No police at all. They smashed up a pub and assaulted a man. No police. This went on for over 4 hours. I saw 2 tier policing in the flesh. In Manchester 3 weeks ago, rioters smashed up police vehicles and set fire to an ambulance. Not one arrest. In last few days, over 500 arrests for so-called right wing thugs. Rightly so on those arrests btw. I abhor violence regardless.
