They can only produce a tiny amount of this monstrosity as they have male bodes and don't have female breasts with milk ducts etc, so they formula feed the baby for nutrition, so again, all this risk to the baby with all the cocktail of drugs they have to take is for no good reason- its just to serve their fantasy of having a baby latched onto their nipple and sucking it! There is no nutrition and no benefit at all to the baby in doing this.
