The King seems far removed from grassroots. His Christmas speech was awful. No b---dy Council or government is going to tell me who I can or cannot give a tip to, to show my appreciation for their highly valued help. Having very limiting impairment of dexterity and mobility, moving bins to access for collection is a struggle, but the always cheerful and helpful guys on the SKDC crews, deal with it unasked, but always deeply appreciated, and they even make a moment to pet my dog.
