@@Baz-p7g 😂 Gotta be and another one that thinks the numbers are fake when people are telling them we're all going to vote reform because they are stupid
@vallejomach67212 күн бұрын
@@Baz-p7g Actually no. I have never voted Conservative and never will...but for the last forty years I have lived in a constituency that has voted Conservative since 1837. My opinion is based on the data of what actually happened in the last election. Labour should and would have remained in political obscurity, as they deserved to be, had it not been for Reform splitting the right wing/conservative vote. Labour did NOT significantly increase its overall vote share from the previous election by any notable margin...less than 2% percentage points from the 2019 election. Almost nothing. So in real terms Labour did not see a large uprising of support that such a significant landslide victory would seem to imply had happened. In my constituency, typically the Conservative candidate wins by a comfortable 12-15,000 majority (often higher) from an election base of about 80,000 - They generally win about 55-60% of the vote easily. Meanwhile Labour account for generally about 20-30% of the vote...and the usual stragglers pick up the rest. In the last election the Tory held on to his seat by just a few dozen votes. If you account for the lower turnout, and the votes that Reform received, then you account pretty much exactly where the Tory majority went. Post-election I went through the results from about 25-30 similar constituencies that actually did change hands from Conservative to Labour and in EVERY instance the story was the same...Labour won fairly narrowly and barely increased in vote share whilst Reform took enough votes away from the Tories to lose them their seat...and nowhere near enough for Reform to win the seat on their own...not even close. Therefore, it's clear, Labour won because they were handed the easiest win in history...not because they won over more voters, but because people voted in such a way that Labour won seats they would never have had any hope of winning had the right-wing/conservative vote not been split. I expect Reform will indeed win some council and local elections in the coming couple or so years, but a major player they are not and they can not achieve being so...yet, if ever (I doubt the mainstream media in this country will allow it)...meanwhile, every vote that detracts from Labour's actual realistic opposition is essentially a vote for Labour themselves. Reform's brand of right wing populism i.e. pandering to people's bigotry and prejudice is effective, as has been demonstrated in the US recently, but it doesn't really have anything other than rhetoric and divisive ideology. It's major winning strategy is to validate people's hate...and that's all some people seem to think they need. So in answer to your question...I do not vote Conservative, I can not vote Labour, I will not be voting Reform...Tories and Labour are, as the lunatic George Galloway often observes, 'two cheeks of the same arse'...and now, Reform are the hole.

I had to fight the government twice in a court and both times the respective judges made the decision that my benefit money had been illegally stopped. I finally got accepted for PIP last year and theyre already reviewing it again. I get lumped into the same category as people who just dont want to work and get onto disability benefits because they have "headaches". I disagree. We live in an age where increasingly the technology is available to facilitate working from home perfectly adequately. I used to know somebody that regularly, at least once a month, had to go to the supermarket and spend about 3 or 4 hundred pounds on wine and sandwiches for meetings at council and local government offices. Now, they can all sit at home on a Zoom/Skype call and not waste taxpayers money. In fact, that'd be great. More should do that...and then there would be no need to pay upkeep and maintenance and utilities running those offices. There would be no need to have a meeting, a health and safety risk assessment, a consultation and a further meeting to finalise the details of replacing a light bulb in the office's third floor toilet facilities...no more would a £2 five minute job cost hundreds of pounds and six months to organise. Win-Win in my opinion. Loads of jobs do not require people to be present in an office in today's world.

Are you suggesting (it's not quite clear)that there is a ratio between the number of people who have had the vaccine and the amount of sickness caused by it because if you are I have had 5,including one I paid for myself as the Government weren't paying and I have never felt better.

Its not just immigration, integration is stil a mess because of what Labour did last time plus the economy, plus law and order, plus excessive taxes, plus failed Labour councils. Labour are a disaster and its partly deliberately done
