Sir Keir Starmer has said trans women have no right to access women-only spaces, confusing Labour’s position on whether trans people should be able to use toilets.
The Labour leader said biological men who are legally transitioning should not have access to areas designated for women and insisted those spaces should be "protected".
His comments came after two of his senior MPs refused to say whether people with penises should be allowed to use women's toilets.

In about 1979 I lived in an area in the Midlands. One day there was a scuffle going on and I seen two policeman escort a man away. I found out later a man had exposed himself to three girls and the moms and other women had hold of him and reported him to police. I never found out what happened to him. A few years later I had moved and in a pub one afternoon I seen him, I told the gaffer of the pub to be careful of him. One of the women I was sitting with went to the toilet and he was in the ladies exposing himself. When he came out the gaffer threw him out. Roll on now to 2024 if he had done the same he would claim to be a woman and the police would arrest the moms and the gaffer for being transphobic. How times have changed for the better?

Your sex should be decided by DNA test, if you have XY chromosomes then you are male, if you have XX chromosomes then you are a woman. Anyone who wants to transition should be designated as trans men or trans women and you should not be able to change your birth certificate to reflect youu have changed your sex

Unfortunately it’s more complicated than that because people can be born with extra X or Y chromosomes. The effects can be subtle or more pronounced, but it does mean that chromosomes alone cannot be used. You’d need to look at how genes are being expressed in each individual.

For the tiny number this affects they can deal with them on a case by case issue. In the vast majority probably around 99.09% they are XX is male XY is female so that is how people should be classified not on how they feel. Some days I feel like a fairy but that does not make me a fairy

It's very simple. If the person has no Y chromosome at all, then they can never under any circumstances produce sperm cells. If there's a Y chromosome, like in XXY, this person is absolutely male despite being anatomically "female." The Y chromosome means this person cannot produce ova. Is this really that difficult to understand? Give me any chromosomal arrangement, and I can tell you if the person is male or female. XO and XXX are never going to produce sperm. XXY and X incomplete Y are male. There's no human in recorded history who was able to produce both ovum and sperm. It's going to be one or the other. If there's a person one day who has the unprecedented ability to produce both, then I'll concede that establishing a definite sex has failed at least one time.
