The reigning monarch has to put funeral plans into place as soon as they take the job. They can amend it later on if they wish but as they are such big state events they need to get the bones of it in place. Many non royals have already got a funeral plan in place.

I 100% agree with Kinsey about Buckingham Palace seeing an increase in their jam sales, decided to showcase their product on social media. I feel the same. I fell down a huge rabbit hole over coverage of these two. As much as I tried, I couldn't stop commenting. I unsubscribed from every channel that mentions them. I've literally scrolled to this by chance, and I understand what you are saying. IF all of these channels stopped this, we wouldn't see it, read it or feel the need to comment.
