Don't forget a few year's ago when the BBC removed the free license to the over 75's unless on pension credit, when pointed out to a senior executive that many poor pensioners entitled to pension credit weren't claiming it, he suggested that they should apply. As the whole country are finding out now many aren't capable of filling in the forms, others didn't know they were entitled, others wouldn't know how to apply. Personally thought this at the time and the attitude of the BBC, who must have had a better idea than me, left me feeling disgusted with them, time to scap the licence fee.
