Actually it's nearer £600m and the fact he won the FA Cup with "Emery's squad" given how broken it was makes it even more impressive. What can't be argued is Arteta HAS made Arsenal an ambitious and stronger club again since he took over. He may/may not be the right guy to truly take the club onto the next level but his influence and hard work in building us back to where we should be is undeniable.
