Levy spends every penny purely on an asset appreciation ratio valuation. He'll spend £40m on Grey because he thinks he can sell him in 5 years for £100m. He spends money on the training ground because that is an asset that holds value. He won't pay the wages for the players to come to Spurs, which is why we have missed out on so many good ones, because wages are just a liability and he cannot see a return on that money. He spends huge money on a stadium because he can bring in NFL and go-karts as a revenue stream. Spurs fans pay the highest ticket prices of any club in the UK, and Levy pays himself the most of any PL chairman. For a club that is getting closer and closer to the foot of the table. 24 years, 15 managers, 1 trophy.
@stephenshaw64488 сағат бұрын
@danh945 Quite accurate danh945. Also, he spends so long trying to get players at a knock down fee that other clubs come in and sign them, Bruno Fernandes and Diaz being just 2 examples of many.
