Spencer Brown is Tyson Fury's manager. So it's 1 of 2 things.... either there is nepotism at play or someone that has lost 2 fights in a row and not beat anyone in the top 10 rankings of ANY belt in 3 years is higher rated than a world champion that has. As you are clearly still learning there are 4 belts - WBC, WBO, IBF, WBA. Have a look at the top 10 of each of the belts and firstly see where fury ranks in each one and secondly try to find anyone he has beat in the top 10 of the 4 belts (40 possibilities). Chisora scraps number 10 in the IBF and that's it. When all is said and done, Fury's CV has been average and he will never be remembered as a heavyweight great
