Upon spending five months training and monitoring her diet she became incredibly fit during which time she began to wear tighter and slightly more revealing clothes. I didn’t object, but her attitude quickly began to change. Out of nowhere she’d casually inform me how guys would start checking her out and that at some point I should expect “something to happen with one of them”. After hearing this comment I played it cool knowing all too well that she’d gain all her weight back and then some once I stopped training her. And that’s exactly what happened… she had gained back all her weight and her attitude was no longer an issue. Shortly thereafter I dumped her and told myself never to train a girlfriend. Morale of the story… don’t mess with personal trainers.
