Bloody awesome track I rode up it and went back down by the road last week.

Wet weather makes mountain track alot more interesting very greasy
@OffTheBeatenPathAus Жыл бұрын
Definitely would. Conditions on the day are everything. On this trip we did west falls road, and it was dry, took 3 minutes, previously did it when wet, took 2 hours of winching....

Nice vid mate, I'm often out in Tallarook, so hit me up if you're heading out again, always good to have some company!

Thx will keep that in mind. Tallarook's not that close to us so don't get down there a lot. Keen to go back again though!

Great content! Any other tracks similar to this difficulty around there? Thanks mate
@OffTheBeatenPathAus2 жыл бұрын
The very next track we did was similar, down the other side from the tower at the top here. Take Mt Hickey Rd and then Turn Right onto Rocky Track. WIll get a video on that one up as soon as I can edit it

Hey mate for a track like this do you lower your psi? and if so to what pressure? just a newbie to 4x4 curious
@OffTheBeatenPathAus9 ай бұрын
With the Paj, and the tyres I had on it, 25PSI was my go to for most tracks. Generally only went lower if it was very muddy or soft sand. Hope that helps!

Would a hilux with 31.5 tyres make it pass this track ?
@OffTheBeatenPathAus5 ай бұрын
It was a couple of years ago now we filmed that, assuming it hasn't changed markedly yes you'd have no issues! Just don't hit phone track (right near it).

Hey mate, did you need diff locks?
@OffTheBeatenPathAus Жыл бұрын
For mountain track, no I don't think you do. It's pretty easy. Would be a bit slippery at the moment with the rain we've had but not what I'd call difficult. Troopy Matt who was with me did not have difflocks in his troopy and I didn't use my rear I had in the Paj.
