The Haribo commercial comes to mind while y'all are setting up, haha! I think the sooner we all admit that we are just big kids, the better off we'll be. Camping and hanging out with the fellas will never get old. Especially w y'all up in CO. Down here in FL, we have a completely different scenery, so camping is still a blast, it just looks different. Seeing how other people do stuff is cool, and learning from other folks that have done and learned, is even cooler. Stay warm, brother!

The Tacoma "Hunting for gears" happened on my third-gen. I actually had the issue bad and after numerous dealer trips, I got a mechanic that was on top of it. Whatever that mechanic did fix the issue and it never came back. That said, if you go big tires on that generation and add a bunch of heavy mods like bumpers etc it will drive slow unless you re-gear. You've done it right.
@gregtennyson3 жыл бұрын
I think it has more to do with weight than tire size. I daily drive a Tacoma on 35’s and it never feels like it’s hunting for gears, but it’s only a couple hundred pounds heavier than a stock Tacoma

Nice to see you kids getting out, taking advantage of the great fall weather. Rig is looking great. Nice iKamper setup. Wondering if it still has the new iKamper smell to it? You can take the pads out of the mattress cover and air them all out, seems to help a lot.
