Maybe consider getting something to help with better traction so you could have possibly " crawled " over that obstacle in Mengel Pass. Not sure what it has stock. The vid looked like open diff. A locking diff in the rear or center locking diff could have made a huge Difference.... Just my 2 cents. Been all around that area with all kinds of rigs and having a locking diff is so much better. Liked seeing you in the geologists cabin up at striped butts, spotted a book my late father left inside as you panned the inside. Happy Trails !!

I’m torn and don’t know where to start with mods. We’ve gone places in OR and NV where many mods would have been appreciated. Off camber and huge boulders with a cliff or steep down sloop is frequent. We’ll be doing back country skiing in remote NV and CA Sierras this year. Love your videos.

Talon, check out SureCall Signal Boosters. I live out in the booneys of Louisiana and WeBoost never boosted any signal nor made it stronger. I later switched to SureCall and if it gets any signal from a tower it has been able to retain for sending and receiving all data. It has definitely been one of my better purchases. Keep up the vids and safe travels!

Buddy really enjoyed the walk around in a van gonna love the new tires and lift,I lifted my truck this year and I love it also the Wii boost I put that in the same one into truck I only kick it up when I’m parked though because of my set up with the rooftop tent and I will tell you it does improve my bars wherever I go. Also dig the light bars that’s my next step to do to my truck with the new winch on the front, in the back part room I saw that on the last video that was a great upgrade. So overall your van is kicking bro ok 👌🏼🔥🤠🔥 Camping Russ out

I have what most people would consider an above average knowledge on the subject of wireless signals with a device like Weboost. YOU CANNOT BOOST SIGNAL. You can repeat signal into another area. In other words, someone can take the level of signal that they can achieve standing on the roof their van and bring that level of signal into the van. Bear in mind that solid materials such as metal, glass and any other hard surface attenuate radio signals. Stand outside with your phone and whatever "bars" you get the Weboost will bring them inside.
@TalonSei3 жыл бұрын
The antenna on the weboost is much stronger than a cellphone antenna, so what it does is takes the signal and repeats it / amplifies it inside of the van. It works great on the fringe of reception 👌🏻
@alanwestport3 жыл бұрын
BTW, really good video.

For the Weboost, I'm a trucker driver and I have one. Think of it as a amplifier in your ride. If your ride has no power your amplifier has no power to amplify. It increases a weak signal to a better signal for your devices to work

I never hear about you talking about using ac. Can you use it engine off? How long will it last on battery? Or what type of draw does it take?
@TalonSei3 жыл бұрын
I haven’t needed to use the AC since mid summer in Texas. That’s the only feature of the van that would require lithium or a generator to run off grid. Everything else is self sufficient with the current solar - ctek set up.
