Based on what said I'm sure he isn't surprised about the Taliban takeover of Afghanistan at all. He might even be optimistic they could become a reasonable state in the future.

Yes aaply din ako diyan, gusto ko ang trabaho nila, kung saan saan kaya sila nakakarating na mga bansa, best course yata yan e' gusto ko maging publik serant, at ituturo ko ang alam ko sa fisheries. Sponing systems. at sa farming,
