One time I wanted to buy some LIFX beams so I went on eBay and placed a bid on the best deal I could find for a set of six with a corner piece for only £60 (worth £180). One week later I saw that I had won the item as no one else had placed a bid. One week passes and my parcel has still not been dispatched, I get an email saying that she accidentally posted the listing twice and had sent the parcel to the winner of the other listing. She asked me if it was okay if she sent me a pack of 22 beams and three corner pieces. I agree like any sane man would but I was still slightly sceptical. A few days later I decided to back out as I did not want to lose £60, it’s ALOT of money for a twelve year old. I cancel the order and a few days later I receive a full refund, I decide to wait for the next good deal on eBay but the next day a parcel arrives containing all 22 beams. To this day the seller has not requested a re-re-fund.

Okay, after watching this video for the first time, this is the 5th. I knew that there was something wrong with the company you have ordered the camera with. . 1) There's no way a company could get 5 stars for every order. Surely there will be some review that will land it in the 3-4 stars rating. 2) The word 'dispatch' was typed wrongly, as 'Angelina' typed it as 'despatch' on the emails she sent to you. 3) The tracking number that she sent to you is a huge red flag itself as you mentioned. 4) I suspect that she is trying to stall past the 30 days refund, so you won't be able to get any refund back after that 30 days. 5) The way she communicate with you was also weird as well.

If I'm right it's because it happened to me on ebay. I ordered something many years ago and the company was emailing me every day telling me they have problems and delays etc. As the final days approached I caught on so I just appealed to ebay and got my money back.

This reminds me of me trying to get waterproof, wireless headphones for my mum for Xmas,. But I ordered the wrong thing, the headphones were "rain and sweat resistant". But it was such a good bargain I thought I'd just keep the headphones for myself and buy the actual waterproof headphones for my mum. Though when I tried to use the wireless headphones, the left earbud didn't work. So I had to send it back to the company for a replacement. I didn't get the replacement until after the new year. Weeks went by and they emailed me saying the same thing : the courier service tried to deliver the replacement twice but no one answered the door. But I'd been in almost every day and didn't hear a doorbell.... Anyway, finally get the replacement headphones, I get them out the box.... and the charging case doesn't work. My god. I email the company saying I don't know how I'm this unlucky, I just want some headphones that work :(. They got back to me really quickly and sent out a replacement charging case. It arrived this morning... and I think everything is working now! Unless one of the earbuds is faulty again....
