I forgot how fun the app is. I should start my On back up so I can enjoy it before the app shuts down. I actually thought it had already ended so I deleted it. Now I need to download it again. 😂 I’m trying to work on myself as well. My skin took a major hit over the past few years in addition to weight gain and I haven’t felt motivated to correct any of it but I’m trying to fix all of that and do better. It’s hard when you just want to lie in bed all day and avoid everything but I have to remind myself that I’ll feel better if I just go ahead and start. The app doesn't shut down until the end of August, so you definitely have time to have fun with it some more! I feel you there- it has been really hard to get motivated and stay motivated long enough to see any improvements. You can do it!

I feel you so much on the body issues. I have never ever felt comfortable in my body. It doesn’t represent who I am. Covid quarantine was needed but my body is in the worst shape it ever has been. ❤ I’m going to miss the app. Especially the pumpkin tama. Going to attempt to hunt for the genes and keep them on one tama for breeding so hopefully I never lose it

I feel the same way as you! Resetting my life during COVID is what brought me to KZbin and filming again, but it did lead me to becoming something I don't really recognize in the mirror. I also love the pumpkin tama! I used to spend hours trying to find just the right genes. Those eyes! ugh I will miss it too!

Hi! Thank you to talk about mental health issues. I know that worthless feeling. It's awful!! Games like tamagotchi helped me feeling better. Would you still suggest the tamagotchi on/meets instead of the pix despite the app closing??or it becomes quite pointless without the app? I have alredy preordered the pix party!in my country it is not released yet😔 Sorry, english is not good.

You're English is great! I love the Tamagotchi On/Meets and think it's still fun to play without the app, but I don't recommend it anymore because most of my viewers can't afford the crazy prices online to get one. If you can afford the $150-400 USD that they cost on eBay now then I would definitely say to add one to your collection. Otherwise I think you will have fun with the Pix Party. It's a good time!

Hi Brynn! This is a tough question, because they are very different. First off, will you or whoever is getting this for you have $150+? If so, then yes definitely get an ON, I love it and think it's really fun to gene mix. The downside is that Bandai is no longer manufacturing it so you are stuck with getting it on places like Ebay where the prices are out of control. The Smart is a lot easier to get and way less expensive, but there is no gene mixing. It only comes with 10 characters to start and then you need to invest in more SmaCards in order to get more characters and items. The decision is really up to you, but I hope this information helps you make one!

@@JillGrygas thanks I will get an On. I looked at them on Amazon and they are a lot cheaper than eBay. But The reviews on Amazon keep saying that the screen comes damaged. I did order an original tamagotchi on Amazon and I dropped it quite a few times. One day I noticed a scratch on the screen. It’s hard to see and you can only see it in the sunlight. Idk if it came like that or I just dropped it. I don’t want to risk it. So I think I’m just gonna ask my mom or Grandma to order it somewhere else for a little bit more money. 😊

@@xSorax. Yeah the ones you are going to find now are most likely people who have been holding on to them for years or people who are selling their used ones. The prices are outrageous, but I can't say that I've never spent that much on a Tama!

This might be random, but since you got three Tamagotchi’s (the ON) do you plan to sell at least one? I recently bought the Tamagotchi Pix Party, because sadly, when I had the money to buy the Tamagotchi ON it discontinued ): as another option I am hopefully waiting Bandai could release in the future a second version of the ON as they did with the Pix but improved.

@@JillGrygas Yeah so far, haha. However this is the first Tama that I have bought in color. I haven't played with a Tamagotchi around 2005. So when the Tamagotchi ON came out like every review make it seem it had more to offer compared to the Pix Party. 😅🤭
