I'm pretty excited for a lot of the features of the pix. I like the type of game play the touch buttons allow for in theory but it seems like it does take a lot of getting used to since the buttons look very sensitive. I'm personally waiting for the green shell to release and I'm a little sad they didn't release all of the colors right away.

So far the gameplay has been very fun! The touch buttons do take some getting used to and I’m having an easier time now than when I filmed the video. I agree with you on the colors. I would have gotten the green if it came out now. I am just too impatient to wait until next year for it! 😅

@@KagomeH I think keeping an eye on Amazon is a good idea. I believe they got the Pix before any of the stores did so it might be the same thing for the release of the blue and green versions.

I think that the touch buttons are made for kids fingers so they made it really small. I tend to have tiny hands/fingers so I think that when I get mine I won’t struggle. I’ve heard people say that tapping on the left of the button make it work better too? Good luck!

You know that you can cook and take pictures of food with the Tamagotchi pic. Well I was talking a picture of my coke I actually dropped it in lol. It still worked but the bottom part of screen was scratched for a little bit but if I turned on the brightness super bright you can’t see it. And one time I was in Zion and was hiking my Tamagotchi pix fell out of me pocket and down a steep cliff! It thankfully hit a bush after falling down a little, but if it slid a few more feet it would have fallen off of hundreds of feed! After 30 minutes I found it by that bush it landed in. The screen wash a little scratched and it was muddy. After I cleaned it it was still in pretty good condition. I love it sooo much. I take every where I go! You will love yours and after a wile you do get used to the buttons. Thanks for making your videos.❤️

Great question! There isn’t a snooze button, but you can hire a baby sitter to come watch your tamagotchi while you are away. You can call them using the phone option.

Hi! Tamagotchi Pix cannot be charged on it's own. It requires AAA batteries, which you can buy rechargeable ones to help cut down on waste and battery purchases!

Hi Isbela! Tamagotchis have always had the same button features since the very first one back in 1996. That's how I know without reading the instructions, but they should be explained in the instructions too. The left most button is the one that scrolls through the options, the middle button is like the enter key that selects an option, and the right most button is the cancel. I hope this helps!

Unfortunately the Tamagotchi ON/Meets cannot connect to the Tamagotchi Pix. If you want to have more tamagotchi play together I would suggest getting one of the different ON/Meets than what you already have :)

I am fairly new to the Tamagotchi pix, due to me having gotten it recently and I have no idea what screw to use for the battery cover!! Do you have any reccomendations?

You just got it and it doesn't have a screw for the battery cover? It should have come with a screw! Or do you mean screwdriver? Use a flat head, not a philips head screwdriver. This one is a little tricky to open. When you unscrew it the screw won't come out all the way. That's okay. Just push down on the back and slide it down and it should come right off. Let me know if this helps!

Hi! Good question! When you turn on the screen and you are in the main room with your tamagotchi you have to scroll on the touch buttons going to the left. That will move your tamagotchi outside to water the trees. Let me know if this helps!

Hi Matt! I think you might need to reset it. The easiest way to do that is to take the batteries out for a moment and put them back in. Then on the screen it will ask you if you want to "continue" or "reset". It will probably be in French, so choose the second option and that will reset it.

Swipe the buttons to the left instead of right. That should take you outside the house. If your tamagotchi is a baby you won’t be able to do that. 😊

Hi! Unfortunately there is no on/off option on the Tamagotchi. It's meant to be like a real pet in that sense. If you just need someone to take care of it while you are in school or at work there is a baby sitter option. I hope that helps!

I can see why they did it. It does add a new way to interact with the tamagotchi by being able to pet it and play games differently with it. It still gets frustrating now and then because I can't hold it with one hand and play the way I did with the ON. The way I hold it makes it so that I end up hitting all the wrong buttons- they can be sensitive!
