tamagotchi Uni, Boredom. episode 36

my milktchi is 19 today. seems like they probably go on infinitely, asking to leave every 4 days since adulthood but nothing comes of it if you say no. i didnt want to change this one because i named her after a pet that died so im quite attached. i always leave mine a long time before marrying (this is only my third gen, running since uni release) bc i grow attached and also tend to put off getting the new egg because its pretty full on for the first hour lol. with my irl pets im the same i love when theyre older and more chill. ive also grown quite bored of the uni and regret not buying the pix instead lol, seems like it has a lot more in it, but im hopeful there will be further updates on the uni that make it worth it. i just got the bitzee and while cute its a little underwhelming and also feels like its gonna give me epilepsy lol. ive started learning japanese so i can get full enjoyment out of a broader range of virtual pets. the boba one youve been playing recently looks so fun! where did you get it? that message was so long lol sorry!

it seems like this Tamagotchi is simple to get new people into it thats why its a worldwide release… so thats why they didnt add a bunch of content .. i really hope they add a bunch of new games or keep updating with a bunch of cool stuff to do… im not a fan of the inventory always being full and needing to remove other accessory or item to make room … because i want to collect all the clothing and items from different regions in the tamaverse lol seems like the main goal of this device is to collect all the characters pretty much… im loving it but just wish there were more things to do in it 🥰 love ur videos!

there are so many opportunities for updates and I hope they take advantage of it and that they don't abandon the Uni after 2 years... Like the other Tamas... I really hope within those 2 years we get sufficient updates that it makes it better than a Pix.. or a On/Meets but sadly for now the Pix and the On/Meets seem better

Thanks for the tips. I have already changed the date to see what other games there are and I only like the easter one, which you probably wont see until Spring next year if you wait. But that helps with the boredom I don't think changing the date impacts anything. Also going to wait until I get to my 10th generation, reset the unit and go for a different region.

Yeah my first one since i was a kid was the Smart and after i went from the Pix which i LOVE i got the Uni and i was so uber excited. Very fun for…a while until it became very repetitive. When my first arena game came out i was super hyped! But they’re very hard, when competing with teams. Haven’t won once. I also don’t like that care mistakes are the only way to new tama’s it makes me feel awful ignoring their needs. The metaverse seems so cool and it just fell flat. Im getting the On, but it was so expensive that i went for the Uni first. So ANY advice for a change of pace would be greatly appreciated. Never had any tama deaths on my Pix or smart, but i’ve had three on the Uni, It just doesn’t feel worth it to keep the generations going. Anyone feel similar?

I too hit the boredom a little! I let it win and ended up just letting the batteries run out to take a pause 😳 But I am playing the sumikko for a little while before I get back into it!

@@asie Uni, I just let it the charge run out! Recharged they working perfectly fine again. Not sure how great that option goes for the long term though! 😅

I've kinda felt burnt out for a bit, I'm kinda still going cause they're easy to deal with & I'm trying to get the care icon achievements along with all the adults. Despite being bored I admit there's still stuff I can do & when needed I can take a break like you said. Plus my Tamagotchi Ps is on so I can split my attention between that & the uni to help. People are saying getting the hospital badge takes at least 2-3 days at longest. Some said they got the ghost that replaces the skull to get the hospital after a few minutes or hours but at the longest it's 2 or so days. Even worse it's not an one time thing to get it to rainbow you need to get the hospital 11 times. Who thought this was a good idea?

​@@cozyboo Thanks, first gen is ready to marry but I'm keeping him for a little, going to be interesting figuring out which adult to go for next & to collect the needed items to get their puzzle pieces. I got stuff I was able to send to the Tamagotchi(like the English patch) & I'm still learning the part time jobs. A Tamagotchi stand I bought a bit back came in the mail today which is useful for both my Ps & converted Meet, the uni seems to work too. If you're careful it can also be prompt against it so I can look at both screens if needed

My weeptchi asked to leave and I said no. I had to marry him off because I felt like he was lonely. I want kutchipatchi but I got a girl. I guess I’ll wait on him until my girl is an adult and marry her off or she wants to leave. Whichever comes first. Hoping when my purple uni comes in I’ll get a boy.
